ADVENTURE ACTIVITY POLICIES
Safety
• All participants should sign the indemnity bond waiver before participating in the activities.
• Participants should always follow height / weight / & age restrictions for each activity.
• First aid is provided in all activity zones, so participants are requestedto inform the staff in case of minor injuries
or rashes etc.
• In case of medical emergency, kindly follow emergency and evacuation notice boards to find the nearest
hospitals routes, address codes, ambulance services etc.
• Participants can use lockers at nominal fee on per day basis.
• Participants are advised to watch out whether monitoring information display for current weather conditions,
Located near the information /ticket counter.
• All participants should strictly adhere and follow instructions from activity instructors, referees, and safety
information’s display boards at each activity.
Timings
• Adventure activities operational timings are from 9:30 AM to 1:15 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on all days of the week.
• Only on special request which is mutually agreed, team building and fun activities, would be carried out on early
mornings 7 to 9:00 AM and late evening 6 to 8:00 PM
• Day outing guest with a minimum of 20 pax who have availed dinner at the park, can also have late evening slots 6
to 8:00 PM for team building activity
• Most of the Activities need internal breaks of 15 minutes by our staff, for refilling, re-staffing dismantling etc.
• In case of two separate entities having the day outings on the same day, adventure coordinators will give the activity
flow 24 hours prior to the activity day.
